Abilities: GLaDOS is not the body. GLaDOS is the piece of machinery installed on the body, aided by a certain amount of brain she's been controlling. This gives her a certain level of advantage, because this means she's got a lot of control that people who are part of their body (i.e. everyone) don't have. On the flip side, she LACKS a certain form of control, not to mention experience with having a body. So...
